“I popped into Ulta today to restock brow powder after using a wax center's brand for the last several years, but I was so overwhelmed with the different brands and options.I remembered I also needed facewash while there and Betty was fabulous directing me to a qualty brand I wouldn't have chosen otherwise but was within my price point. She's very knowledgeable and kind!I absolutely love that Ulta has testers of everything!Once I circled back around to the eyebrow stuff, I bumped into Fabiola and she was wonderful!! She's super sweet and showed me how to apply makeup quickly after I took her down an unintended rabbit hole with my curious questioning on unrelated topics lol. I had purchased foundation basics several weeks ago but she colored me with the extras like blush and contour and was a great teacher on how to apply at home!!! Her knowledge far supercedes just brows; Ulta should utilize the opportunity to grow and promote such a great employee.“

I has makeup on and she first cleaned my face and then began her magic! My facial was about 1.5hrs. It includes a upper body lymphatic massage, scalp massage, and aromatherapy.
