I called this company because half of my car key broke and was stuck in the trunk, I specified to the service call that I needed a copy to start my car, I waited more than an hour, when the one who was going to help me arrived and told me that he could not do it, that I did not specify that I needed a new key and that half of the key was in the trunk, he took pictures of the license plate of my car as to do that? and I called again and waited an hour and a half, in the end they charged me 300 dollars just for the copy and could not get the other half of the key, very bad service and very expensive I do not recommend anyone to ask for help from this company save your money...read full review

NEVER ASK THEM FOR HELP. THEY OVER CHARGE! I only needed to change the battery from my car key control. I asked around a few places and it was between 20 to 30 dollars. When i called this place they had one of their “technicians” call me and they wanted to charge $150 dollars to just change a battery.

My new key worked great ! I purchased it in the kiosk of Smart & Final. The only downside of getting keys from here is that they are not made the same day like other kiosks. I did not get my key after almost a week :/
