Hi there, I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant servicing the Tri-Valley Area, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasonton, Livermore, and Danville. I work out of a private fitness gym and my services include 1-on-1 personal training, buddy training, and small group training. Using science backed training methods, which include power lifting, bodybuilding, strength training, functional weight lifting I help clients create fun and effective workouts that deliver fast long lasting results! With proper exercise programming and nutrition planning I help clients maximize fat loss, increase lean muscle tissue and strength, while remembering to enjoy life and have fun!
