Booked for the first time at Ulta with Nayeli and let me say she did her thing! Don’t sleep on her! She was super fun professional and had the best personality ever. She was helpful and informative for helping me figure out a style and highlight just right for me for my first time. I will definitely book with her again!

I was looking for a light pink gloss and one of the make up artists that was visiting helped me.I was very pleased that she took the time to walk with me and find colors that I was looking for. I ended up buying two glosses. When I went to pay for them I was greeted by Alexandria. What a gem. She is so pleasant and makes you feel that she appreciates you as a customer. She is definitely a great asset to Ulta and management should be grateful to have such a wonderful employee!!!!!

To Nicole, Julio, Azza. What a day! You all are amazing. 1st of all I was not planning on going to Ulta at all that day, but I had an MRI scheduled nearby and thought with the horrible day I had previously I needes to do something about the dark Louis Vuton bags under my eyes.
I absolutely hate going into these places and have never had a good experience but I figured I'd be in and out quickly.
Nicole saw me in my search and lost mode and came to my rescue with such compassion. My experience soon turned to major haircut from Aziza (fabulous woman and energy and talent). Her compassion too was transformative. She led me to Julio who put his talents to work to turm...read full review
