I called Russ Brown and im not kidding they took care of everything. The team assigned to my case made sure I was compensated for everything they felt I was owed. I was hit on my 2001 Vespa ET4 (a real beauty) by someone who was texting while driving. For three months I tried to deal with the insurance company myself. My Vespa was totaled and I had hospital bills. I just wanted what was fair. When the insurance told me they’d cover 70%, I called Russ Brown.
