This office is amazing. First time coming and it gives off such an elegant, cozy feeling. I love the vibe and the staff too. They’re super friendly and real star players like Shabby and Ellen. I talked to the dentist and they were super patient and answered all my questions. When I was getting my cleaning they even gave me a blanket and a neck wrap. What dentist office does that?! Literally leaving my old dentist and making this my permanent dentist home. Seriously they won me over from the look to the feel to the way they treat you. I’ve never had better. I recently left my previous dentist due to insurance conflicts and happen to stumble across Reflections Dental Spa. My first impression was that the office was beautiful and serene especially since there was a row of water fountains in the main waiting room. I was also impressed by the “menu” options they offer such as neck wraps, massage chair, and so much more! Everyone from the reception staff to the hygienist to Dr. Thomas herself were all so friendly, personable, and welcoming! I appreciated the transparency when it came to the different treatments offered and how the insurance billing works. I always have the best experience when I come to Reflections! The staff is always super nice and helpful and I always feel so relaxed while there. Olga is my girl!!! We always have the best chats! She's good at what she does and makes sure you are comfortable during the cleaning. I've been coming here for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say about this place!
