Seemed to be quite a difficult issue to resolve and was resolved. Taylor even worked directly with FICS to get the issue resolved and stuck it through. He was more available than I was. thanks for the help!

Jim asked the right questions and diagnosed my issues quickly. Then was polite and patient as the updates downloaded and checked in frequently as we waited for the repairs to be completed with the updates. I am pleased that he checked our notes files prior to jumping in and trying different fixes as its important to confirm company settings before proceeding. He is an excellent engineer and I really appreciated his ability to review the situation and resolve it! THANK YOU!
