Super friendly and helpful. Free diagnosis! Alex is not after your money he loves what he does and cares mostly about solving your problem asap. He found my phone's needed parts locally and fixed the same day. No need to wait for parts to arrive and wait another few days to repair. Never seen such phone repair service anywhere!

I came in the last 30 minutes that they were closing and the nicest man came to help me! I felt super welcomed and he told me what the best alternative I would’ve had was. It was super quick 20 minute wait. I slept and woke up really fast. I think this experience was one of the nicest customer services I’ve had. The cost was also flexible. Super nice guy, clean room, safe area. 10/10

I called Alex for the repair on an iPhone 12. One of his techs arrived at my home in less than 30 minutes and my device was working good as new! Would highly recommend him to friends.
