I love Dr Bachman and my whole family goes to her for our dental needs. Dr Bachman is very professional and knowledgeable and offers great explanation for any questions we might have. The dental hygienist, Ashley, is very friendly, thorough and patient with my cleaning every time. I appreciate that she does not rush through it. The whole staff including the front office is pleasant and clearly values customer service and satisfaction.

I find it shocking that a dentist during the Delta variant COVID surge, as Contra Costa County enters the red zone, would be so casual and also so lacking in the desire to at least protect me, the patient, who is directly positioned below his open mask. Furthermore, I had read in a Yelp review that Dr. Nadler didn't wear a mask, and I called the office manager Jose, to ask... read full review
