Extremely disappointed with the program. It’s very expensive $600 a month and only lost a pound a week. You see Dr Temkin one time for 15 minutes he recommended 800 calories a day and Ozempic. Since I exercise a lot I was told I could have a little more maybe 1000 calories a day. First night after Ozempic shot I was very dizzy called the office and didn’t even get a call back. I persevered for a month had bad digestive issues and only lost a pound a week 1/2 of which was muscle. Last appointment they recommended against giving me the Ozempic but offered no refund of the $75 I paid for it. The staff at Diablo Family Physicians is amazing! They are able to take the time to answer questions and follow up while also always being on time. The program is terrific and I love the recipes each week!

Dr Ramford Ng is wonderful! I have been his patient for many, many years. He is very personable, attentive and caring. He allows the patient to express all our concerns, doubts, pros and cons re. medicines, etc. He listens! I consider myself very fortunate having him as my cardiologist.Thank you Dr. Ramford Ng.
