Laser Advantage Medispa is a pleasant, very clean, and comfortable office with a congenial and thorough staff. The doctors are helpful, pleasant, and have cured or improved dermatology problems with correct treatments. Staff are kind, professional, sweet, and gentle, explaining everything thoroughly about procedures like Botox and filler. They make patients feel comfortable and hopeful for great results. An area for improvement is communication, as it is often impossible to speak directly to anyone in the office about appointments or billing, requiring repeated information. However, patients find the care top notch and look forward to their appointments.

It is impossible to speak to anyone in the actual office, whether it is about an appointment, prescription or billing matter. Always goes to voicemail and maybe you will receive a call back days later. Maybe. One has to repeat all information over and over even though the office says it makes notes in the file to pass along to the doctor.

The woman that did my Botox was very helpful and explaining how it works and where I should get it. Also, she explained about filler, and how that can be used as well. She was very sweet and gentle.
