Crazy luck--Been dealing with injuries for sometime as I busted my sesamoid and more, but found this gym which was approved by my podiatrist who also trained here before. They've been awesome with my injuries, making workouts feel like rehab. Plus, the gym vibe is killer, coaches are awesomely fun, community is soooo friendly, and bonus: hubby's here too, making it our cute favorite hangout spot! - since I can't run that much, found a new tribe yay! this makes me so happy.

This local gym by far the best in the area. I joined six months ago and my strength and conditioning has surpassed my expectations. Lindsay, Dan, Aaron best coaches ever. All members are friendly and supportive. Feels like family being there!!! They have also added Kevin in their team who focuses on stretching and relaxing tight muscles so you avoid injuries. I will recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about their fitness!

Dan has created the right formula for anyone at any level to get fit again. I don't think I've ever worked out at gym where I've met so many real people who are also extremely supportive.
