They misdiagnosed my system twice and tried to make me pay for 5lbs of refrigerant when I don't need it. The main problem of my AC unit is the breaker keeps tripping. I asked for a manager to get a better explanation of what's going on because the tech only spoke Spanish and they wouldn't even talk to me. My system has 6.5lbs total refrigerant and adding 5lbs didn't make sense because it was cooling my house. Called the Dispatcher while the tech was there and she told me to get an Electrician instead and she wasn't even a tech to say that. If there were negative stars, they deserve them. Totally unresponsive, not enough technicians and if you manage to get an appt, they cancel. Don't waste your time.

Stay away! They want $800 for a 30-minute job without any diagnosis or a written quote. My home warranty sent them to check the problems. The technician and the person in the office only told me over the phone that the fix costs $800 and it is not covered by the home warranty. I asked for the inspection report and a breakdown of the estimate, but they refused. They said they already sent the report to the home warranty, and I should ask them. I called the home warranty and was told it is not covered, but they cannot provide me the report per their policy. I need to contact the contractor to get the report.
