Worst customer service. Front desk person is useless, rude and passive aggressive. Never has intention to help. Incorrect scheduling of appointment, doesn't want to listen to patient needs, bait patients into having a visit when they don't need. Overall not a good service. Dr.Gupta is awesome by the way but the whole office should be managed more efficiently and with care.

We take our youngest child here, and the wife loves how detailed and attentive all the staff are! It's very comforting to know that the doctors truly care about their patients health!!!

This 1-star review is for the office and not Dr. Cynthia Quan. We got a referral for a specialist back in May 2019 for our child. We were able to make an appointment for November 2019. Today is October 30, 2019. And we have been trying to get a hold of our medical records since May! That's about 5 months!!! We tried calling 6 times in total, and left a message each time. They returned our call once, but we missed it, and they never left a message. Why is it so difficult to talk to someone? We need the medical records for the specialist.
