I very highly recommend James Bateman to anyone, of any age, who finds themselves in need of help with healing and/or recovery. My first contact with James followed a fall that broke bones on both sides of my body and sent me to a skilled nursing facility for a time. He initially came to my home for a number of weeks. He listened carefully, asked questions and decided where to begin a treatment journey at a time when life was pretty limited for me. Dr. James Bateman, DPT, is by far the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, attentive, patient, considerate, & helpful physical therapist my wife (also a patient, as well as myself) have encountered. He is remarkably focused on the well being of his patients. We highly recommend his service.
This is a long overdue review and the office would agree with me. This team has been with me for the last 4 months while I have recovered from a disc replacement fusion. Many days these were my best friends and the highlight of my day. When you’re dealing with an injury you need to have people around you that you trust and know have your best interest at heart. Let’s start up front, Austin is awesome not just because he is funny but he stays on top of scheduling, insurance and billing. Never have I had to deal with a discrepancy.
