Insulation under first floor had been destroyed by rats. Attic Bros pulled all insulation, sealed all access points to the house and all access points to the crawl space under the house. They vacuumed the entire area of any droppings and tuffs of insulation then sanitized everything with a solution in a fogger. They then installed new insulation with a better connection system than was used previously and hauled away all the old insulation. It’s been two weeks and it still smells clean and no signs of rats. Three man crew and they completed everything in half a day. Highly recommend.

I had my Atik cleaned up and installed insulation. The crew of Atik Bros did an outstanding job. They cleaned, sanitized and sealed all cracks and holes even cockroaches cannot get in there. Overall very satisfied customer's here.

Attic Bros did a fantastic job of cleaning our two care garage with work bench and drawers and a partial (open) attic. Recently our neighborhood has been experiencing a roof rat epidemic. We live along a creek and were heavily affected. After the exterminator eliminated the rats and closed entry points to the garage, Attic Bros was engaged to clean and sanitize it. We disposed of and much of the accumulated garage clutter and a refrigerator on the ground level. Attic Bros completed that process - asking us to simply designate what to discard and what to retain.
