OMG! This company is the best. They have an excellent representative (Ron). I can't say enough about his professionalism. He is honest as the day is long and delivers on his promises. I had multiple quotes with other companies...and when we were finished going over the job I knew without a doubt that they were leaving out portion of the "scope of work" that I would have paid extra for at the end of the job. Ron's quote was simple and at the end of the day the results were frigging amazing. Far better that I ever could have expected. Alonso and his crew worked their tail off, to make my job what I would consider the envy of the neighborhood. I am so impressed that they are going to do additional work around the pool area and pool access walk way. I know these products have become much more sophisticated ...I suggest going with something more realistic looking. It will fool the most discerning of lawn aficionados. Go with this company! Oh...their prices are very fair as well.
I am late in writing this well-deserved excellent review, as the work was initially performed in November, 2022. Artificial Grass Pros (Ron and Alonso) installed artificial turf for us in the front entry area of our home, and in the back garden. The back yard was a very substantial project, over 5000 sq. ft. The front area about 200-250. They did a great job on both. The project took close to three weeks due in part to the difficulty in getting to the back area and the substantial amount of prep work we requested, including re-routing part of our irrigation system. The prep work was meticulously done and took most of the project time. Alonso and his crew were on the job daily and worked hard to complete it timely and well. After all the prep work, the installation of the artificial turf was done relatively quickly and the final product looked great. Unfortunately, after several months, it became clear that one of the rolls of lawn that had been installed was defective (a manufacturer's defect/not the installation). When brought to Ron's attention, he had Alonso's crew come out and try to fix it, but when it became clear it could not be fixed, Alonso and crew promptly replaced it with new artificial turf, entirely without cost to us. So, I can highly recommend Artificial Grass Pros for their initial installation work and then for the excellent work they performed to correct the unexpected problem. And, all the while, they were pleasant and easy to deal with.
I had horrible uneven grass that wouldn't grow in spots. After thoroughly researching and visiting sites to choose a company to install artificial grass in my backyard, I chose Artificial Grass Pros! Not only did Jason Webb take the time to go through the different options of texture, color, length, but he also took me to visit places he had done work. All the while keeping in mind my budget as well. It's been 8 years now and I still LOVE my grass! It looks beautiful and helps me enjoy my backyard immensely. I also have a standard labradoodle (6 yo) and I have had ZERO issues with her messing it up. She doesn't want to dig at all. Pee goes right through the 4 layers of pebbles. P*** is so much easier cleaning up than real grass. She can use it all year 24/7! I highly recommend this company and Jason!
