Our auto fill was working all the time, and the overflow in pool was getting g rid of excess water. Needless to say that water loss over a period of time was terrible and very expensive.
Raphael came out a day after my call (other repair people said I needed a plumber).
He replaced the float and adjusted it. Done!

They are the best! I have used this company for regular pool care and for service for 10 years. Today I had them out because the heater they installed 10 years ago stopped working on Thanksgiving. Raphael checked over the heater completely and reminded me that it was 10 years old. But instead of telling me that I had to buy a new one, he cleaned out the gas jets and got it working. He also connected the Wf-Fi App to the new router I had installed which involved opening up the service panel to access the controller antenna unit. I am a very satisfied customer. They have always been honest, highly competent and fairly priced.
Rafael and his team have been servicing my pool for 2+ years. They never miss a weekly service! Rafael is readily available via text or phone and is always there to troubleshoot. Most recently, I noticed organic matter staining the bottom of my pool, when I called Rafael he came to my property within hours and took care of the issue at no charge! Highly recommend!
