I really recommend all of you avoid this store, I ordered a sunglass from this store from less than one year and the lense was popped out of the frame. They claimed that it cannot be fixed and it is caused by the melting of the glasses and frame which is unacceptable; their service staff even list the screw from one side and cannot find it. Worst experience I have ever experienced

This is not a review about the Dr. This is a review about their practice and the 2 staffs who work there. I will never return despite Dr seemed very knowledgeable and reliable. I went for contact lens prescription and I told my husband to go somewhere else in San Ramon. 1. They will charge you $25 putting on and off lens practice fee. NOT AN OPTION (Confirmed with staff). My husband didn't need to pay for this at a different place in San Ramon. 2. You wont be able to get your lens prescription for a week until you do the trail for a week. I strongly advise avoiding this optometry office due to their dishonest practices. Despite requesting a contact exam, I was given a glasses exam instead and my insurance was still charged. My insurance only covers one exam per year. I had to pay out of pocket for a second exam (for contacts) at another optometrist just an hour later. This lack of integrity is truly disappointing. Additionally, while speaking with Dr. Anna Luo, we discussed the brand of contacts I would be receiving and she suggested updating my glasses prescription, which was already known to me.
