Neede a warranty repair (switch fell off) on my Pixel Pro, process was smooth, easy and friendly. Picked up repaired phone in two hours. Easy parking. Best experience I have ever had getting technology repaired.
Cassie at the San Rafael store is wonderful. So friendly and energetic and just what I needed - which was someone to be very helpful! I was expecting an estimate of a week. She gave me an estimate of an hour and it was done in 40 minutes!! Very highly recommended.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! WOW!!! First I made an appt at the San Rafael store, for my old Samsung S21 Ultra, cuz my phone was taking forever to charge, & I noticed the battery was draining faster than usual. I didn't want to spend over $1000.00 on a new phone, even rhough it was Black Friday weekend.I assumed any day now my phonewould die on me, & that it did. I tried everything to charge it, the charger it came with, tried a universal charger,tried atraching it to fast charging battery pack etc....NOTHING! The night before my appointment, i tried again to charge it, & Eureka... by a.m. i had a full charge. So strange. I still did not trust the battery, so...read full review
