I highly recommend Mike for his hot tub services! He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My hot tub was in bad shape after trying to maintain it myself for a few years. Mike brought it back to life with his full drain refill refresh service and it’s never looked so good. The value he provided with top notch service at a very reasonable price seems difficult to match. I’ve signed up for ongoing maintenance and wanted to share with anyone else that may need his help!

Began with Topaz (Mike) about 6 months ago. Had this pool for 35 years. On the cover of a '57 House Beautiful, designed by the legendary Lawrence Halprin. A gem. Dealt with most Marin services. Did it myself for quite a while. The ONE thing that pool owners should do is to deal with an independent, hands-on owner/operator. Having dealt with many companies in Marin the main issue is the turnover of employees. They come and go, and learn at your expense, always doing something different than the prior guy. Often doing it as fast as possible, rarely observing things not working well. The last one before Mike is that I had to spend more time on it than simply doing it myself. Anyway Mike has kept the pool and red cedar hot tub better than anyone in the past 20 years. Professional, efficient, proactive (which is a critically important quality), observant and a great communicator.

Mike is honest, works fast, and does a thorough job. I initially contacted him because after months of neglect, my pool had gone dark green. I got estimates and quotes from multiple pool companies in the area, and was told by some that it would take up to a month and hundreds of dollars to get fixed. Mike said he could get it pristine in a few days, and his price was far less than the competitors. True to his word, the pool was blue and perfect in under a week.I really appreciate how honest he is - I know pool cleaners can try to upcharge and make you pay for unnecessary services, but Mike is candid and straightforward.
