We’ve been using Poolcraft to service and maintain our solar pool heating system, and the experience has been outstanding. Marcus has been incredibly helpful — consistently going above and beyond. When we moved into our home, he came out to inspect the entire system and didn’t even charge us for the visit.
Last year, we had to relocate some of the solar panels to allow for roof repairs, and Marcus and his team handled everything seamlessly — removing and reinstalling the panels with great care and professionalism. He even provides support over the phone, always with a positive and helpful attitude.

Fantastic repair service. A competitor wanted a lot of money and never fixed the solar problem. Poolcraft fixed it in 30 minutes and fixed the iAquaLink system which the Jandy customer service people has totally messed up.

We used Poolcraft to install solar heating for our pool last spring. Marcus came and gave us a very reasonable proposal and a few weeks later was able to install the system within a 2 day period. A few days later, a leak developed and, within the hour, Marcus was onsite. The leak was due to an older pipe in my pool system (not part of the solar installation). Marcus was able to fix it quickly and our solar was up and running. The new system was a game changer, extending our pool season by months! Installation was clean and flawless, with my pool reaching temperatures easily into the high 80's. The customer service was excellent, with Marcus visiting the house to shut down the system in the fall. I highly recommend this company.
