If I could think of one word to describe my manual lymphatic drainage massage with Tchana, it would be therapeutic. She explained the entire process in depth, which immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. The space itself is pristine — clean, trendy, and peaceful. I melted into the heated table and felt relaxed from the moment I walked in.

Not to mention the sleep I got the following night… I don’t think I moved for a solid 9 hours. Even after just one session, I already feel like my stress response is more resilient. I absolutely plan to make Tchana’s work part of my bi-monthly wellness routine.

Love the new location, it’s easy to get to and has such a calm, relaxing feel. I recently tried the full body Endospheres treatment with Kaarin and was honestly impressed. It felt great for both lymphatic movement and areas where I tend to hold tension, and I left feeling lighter and more relaxed without it being overly intense. Tchana always takes her time and makes everything feel personalized, which I really appreciate. Definitely a service I would come back for and recommend.
