Russell specializes in several types of law helping us for over now fourteen years with his being able to practice law in N.Y., Texas, Florida and California all visible on his wall in his office in San Rafael, CA. He is very respected in Marin in our community helping all of us with various civil and other legal issues in convenient location in San Rafael, CA.
