I was so worried by even the thought of dealing with the bankruptcy process. So, I contacted 4 different bankruptcy attorneys to help me with the intimidating process of filing for bankruptcy. One of them sent me a bunch of forms to fill out without saying much about himself- TWO days after my contact. The second one contacted me a week later and asked if I was still interested in working with him! The third one? He never responded.

I can't recommend Cate Eranthe highly enough. She is exactly the type of attorney you want by your side during a bankruptcy process. She recently handled my Chapter 7 filing, and I can't imagine having gone through this procedure without her. She has decades of experience in this field and was able to give me a good sense of what to expect at all stages of the process. She is organized and thorough, and I felt totally prepared (even over-prepared!) by the time we filed and then later attended the trustee hearing.
