Like so many others, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. McDowell and the entire staff at Tamal Vista Family Dentistry. Unlike some of the others who have posted comments, I don’t live in the area and was traveling through San Rafael on vacation when I broke a front-tooth crown. I walked into the office without an appointment hoping against hope that someone could help me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost courtesy and care. Inside of an hour, I was examined, treated and left the office with a new temporary crown that felt and looked better than the original! There are not enough words to express my gratitude, but a few that do come to mind are; courteous, kind, helpful, caring and very professional, a rare experience in today’s world.
