Amy and Bishlam are not only incredibly talented (like, I don’t even ask questions anymore—I just sit down and know I’m in good hands), they’re also kind, grounded, and welcoming in a way that makes the whole experience feel... effortless. From the moment I stepped in to the salon to when I left it, was a terrific experience. Bishlam, Amy & Paola were so welcoming and the keratin treatment and cut were magic. It was my first time visiting the salon and Bishlam just instinctively new what my hair needed and the cut I was looking for. A gem of a salon in San Rafael owned by people with big hearts.

5-Star Salon for Black Women's Curly Hair: Where Magic Happens!
I found a haven for my curly hair at Salon B. They completely understand my hair needs and give me amazing haircuts, color and styling for my curls. The blowouts are also quick and make my hair look beautiful. My hair also feels so soft when I leave. The atmosphere at Salon B. is always welcoming and comfortable! I also tend to always find something I want to buy in the gift shop up front. I highly recommend Salon B. and the owners/stylists Amy and Bishlam to anyone looking for a stylist (especially those with curly hair and black women).
