This is the second time I've worked with Steven Salamandra, and once again he and his crew have done an excellent job. Both projects involved significant repair and rebuilding of exterior walls and decking that had suffered from water damage. He and his crew were consistently professional, conscientious, and responsive throughout, with great attention to detail and care in making sure that even hidden problems were properly addressed. Even the neighbors were impressed.

Salamandra Associates was our general contractor for building out our brewery in San Rafael and we couldn't have been happier with the work and the entire process! We found Steve to be very flexible with our design choices while also contributing ideas based on his extensive experience in high-end home construction. His subcontractors were all great and provided high-quality work. When we did have an issue with one small component he was quick to remedy and very understanding.
