Pandemic? No office visits? I can't think of a more inopportune time to need a new physician. I feel grateful to have found this office and their incredibly helpful, efficient staff. My calls were answered and returned in a timely manner. I was able to get a video appointment with a nurse practitioner for the next morning and all my questions/concerns were covered. There are so many negative reviews for this office. I feel there must have been a change in staff because my experience today was much different. If you are looking for a new office, give them a call. Nurse Andrea was wonderful! A++ Looking forward to an in office appointment and meeting the doctors.

I only have one complaint. Their phones. Normally I can get an appointment withing a day or two, so I have no issues there. But man, why is there a 15 people waiting list just to talk to someone. It's not really a major issue, because you can just leave a message and they typically get back to you within a day. I'm just confused as to why no one else seems to do this (or why everyone and their mother seems to call Prima right after lunch).That's my only issue. Other than that, everyone there is very friendly and helpful and I'm willing to trade a little inconvenience for a friendly doctor any day of the week.
