Quick, easy and cheap. Ever since I started getting my haircut at No. 1 Cut & Perm, I haven't been anywhere else. Tina and Lori are both extremely friendly and good at what they do. I live in Petaluma and have had horrible experiences with hair salons and their results. I found #1 Cut & Perm in San Rafael through a referral and will never go anywhere else again. I cannot say enough about this team of 3; Lori, Diana and Tina! Such a pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, fantastic results, they know what they are doing, and even the customers in the salon at the same time I was there were so very friendly and kind and shared the same enthusiasm that I do.
