Derik Anderson is a life saver. I have never felt so optimistic for my journey and long road ahead until meeting him! He genuinely wants to help people, and he makes you feel very heard. He is extremely educated without coming across as entitled. He is empathetic without pitying you. I am so happy I found him and this place! It is rare to find a medical professional who is so knowledgeable on EDS and who validates their patients. I have had years of misdiagnosis's, gaslighting, and doctors who don't understand my disease and I am so grateful that someone like Derik Anderson is choosing to use his time and knowledge to help people like me. I have been seeing Dr. Derik Andersen for over 20 years. He is more knowledgeable than any of the MD’s I’ve ever seen in most areas of the body. He goes to the source of the problem, not just treating the symptoms. I have referred literally over 100 people to him and the feedback is always amazingly positive. Whether it’s scar tissue, swelling, recovery from bone breaks or even stomach issues, he’s the bomb. Has kept me from knee replacements for many years despite bone on bone condition.

I decided to call Muscle & Joint Clinic because my quads had been especially tight. Derek developed a plan for getting them back on track and we worked together twice a week for about 6 weeks. My favorite technique was Graston. It definitely was painful in the moment, but really felt a difference in my training from it. I really can't recommend Derik enough. He was very helpful and he really knows his stuff!
