My 87 year old grandmother has been a patient at this practice for a few years. It has always been a busy office, as many doctors offices are, but our experience receiving medical advice and care within the last year, since my grandmother has been living in an assisted living facility, has been horrible. Our main grievance is with the front desk staff, who are at best unhelpful, and condescending and negligent at worst.As an example - my grandmother has recently been suffering from back pain. I have had a series of serious health conditions, and Dr. Lohtia has always had the best bedside manners! She shows genuine care for the health and welfare of her patients. The only downside is that she is always booked because she is in high demand for good reasons. I am grateful to have such an amazing primary care physician of her high caliber.

Dr. Lohtia never was able to diagnose my illness. After sending me through all these testing and doctor referrals she never followed up with me. I received my abnormal blood test and there was no follow up from her or her office. I called the office 3-4 times to ask about the abnormal blood tests but no response from Dr. Lohtia. Don't spend your time and energy with a doctor who is not concerned about your well being and is not proactive at all. She is always late for her appointments and always in a hurry. Much happy with my new doctor who listens and cares.
