We have gone to Ken's for years, for both wall to wall carpeting and Karndean floors that are still in terrific shape 7 years on. We recently moved and had Ken and his team do some room-sized rugs for us. As before, their selection was fantastic as was their service. They made the entire process super easy and Ken even suggested that since we had a piece of carpet that wasn't being used that we make a smaller carpet out of, which was perfect for the entry way. I love that 'thinking outside the box'. Ken had great ideas - we wanted neutral rugs but also with a bit of design that would go with our furniture, but not so that the rugs became the focus... read full review

We’ll update our review when our custom rugs are in. They were friendly, helpful, had an abundant supply of samples, and we were able to select two different ones for two rooms. Their knowledge of their sample inventory and what would work in specific rooms given traffic and sunlight made our selection quick and easy.
