When it came time to remodel our mid-century modern home we interviewed and received proposals from six different contractors. Most of the contractors gave us very brief proposals with just a total cost and very little documentation. In contrast, Jon from G Family inspected our house inside and out, reviewed the architectural plans, then put together a thoroughly professional bid that clearly detailed all aspects of the project with their specific costs. We hired G Family Construction to execute our Yardzen-designed backyard, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We used G Family to do a full, down to the studs, remodel of our home. We partnered with Jon all the way through - from bid to final billing, and his great team. We found them to be thorough in their bidding (get your plans as dialed as you can), very honest, and detailed. The quality of their work is top-notch. Their team is extremely professional, hard-working, and diligent. They work with long standing sub-contractors who honestly feel like they are part of the G Family Team.
