i would recommend this practice to anyone I've been a patient for quite awhile. My appointment was on time the staff and Dr were courteous respectful and knew my health history they addressed my concerns and gave helpful advice to manage my car going forward.
Thanks to Dr Hemond and the Eye Institute we finally feel that we are getting great eye care. So much attention is paid to details, I have had tests that I have never had before. It has taken many years to find such a thorough doctor backed by a great staff, our whole family is very pleased. The only thing missing in this office is an Optometrist. For now we will just get our eyes tested elsewhere until they bring one back again.
While I really like Dr. Hemond and the staff, my appointment was for 9:30 and I was finally seen by the doctor at 10:40. I was quite close to leaving. The exam was good and Dr. Hemond explains everything very well. My only complaint is time management.
