I can't recommend Cate Eranthe highly enough. She is exactly the type of attorney you want by your side during a bankruptcy process. She recently handled my Chapter 7 filing, and I can't imagine having gone through this procedure without her. She has decades of experience in this field and was able to give me a good sense of what to expect at all stages of the process. My wife Melissa and I got into a little financial trouble after the housing crash of 2008 and unfortunately had to file bankruptcy.
