I had an outstanding experience with Chase W. and Eric from Elex Solutions Inc. during the installation of my two Tesla Powerwall batteries.

They arrived right on time at 8:00 AM and completed the entire installation efficiently by 3:30 PM. Their workmanship was neat, organized, and professional from start to finish.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Chase took the time to help me set up the Tesla app, walked me through all of the features, and clearly explained how the system works and what I can expect going forward. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable using everything before they left.

Elex Solutions installed a Tesla wall connector in my garage. Jeremiah and Tony were very professional and informative.They answered all my questions on the installation and the use of the unit.They were able to complete the installation in a very timely and neat fashion.
I would definitely use Elex Solutions whenever iIneed electrical work again!

The two person team kept me abreast of when they would arrive in scene and made it when they said they would be there. They clearly explained where they recommended the charger should go, and were willing to place it where we initially wanted. They explained that the original location would charge a little slower at the sub panel placement, verses the main placement.

After getting the information, we went with the suggestion. They got to work immediately, and they were clean with the installation. They had to get another breaker, which they had to go to Home Depot, but it all went very quick, a total of two and a half hours.
