I have slowly walked a couple of miles today, and can pick things off the floor and take a shower without my leg hurting that I was unable to do before. You are amazing! I've been a patient of Dr. Linda Berry's for nearly two months. In that short period of time, she has made a huge difference in my life. I sought her help because of lower back pain which had been bothering me for about six months. It was painful to get into bed, painful to get out of bed, and painful sitting on my couch.
Dr. Berry made me aware that my poor posture was causing the pain. I had no idea that my posture was bad. I found out that I was slumped forward at the shoulders and my head was bent forward and down.
