I called on a holiday evening and first thing the next morning Doke’s team called to set up the appointment. Our service man Alejandro was at our house within the hour to work and solve our issue. Can’t say enough good things about the service and response time. It was exactly what we needed!
We received a water bill that was through the roof and immediately knew we had a leak somewhere. Doke's was able to come out in less than 24 hours and trouble shoot for us. Steve & Jose were both exceptional with their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care to provide excellent service. We will absolutely be calling Doke's should we have any more issues in the future.
We had what we thought/hoped was a simple backed up kitchen sink. We called Doke's, and as luck would have it we ended up with the big guy himself, and his amazing sidekick Jose. Doke is what I would describe as a plumbing geek. Gleefully flipping through photos of our crawl space and existing pipes, and smiling ear to ear at the sound of water swooshing through a cleared drain! He knows code. He explains things clearly. He worked respectfully with Jose and as a team they were careful at every turn.
