We had a great experience working with Glenn at Big Island Plumbing. He was prompt, courteous, clean and respectful. He did a thorough inspection of our systems and gave us honest feedback. He's very knowledgeable, yet he is so down to earth that it felt less like a service call and more like having a friend or cousin over who happened to be working on plumbing. Thanks, Glenn! These guys (Glenn and Tai) were very responsive. I reached out in the afternoon and Tai showed up at our house early the following morning. Checked the water pressure at our house, quickly diagnosed the problem, and carried out the repair. Very pleasant and friendly.
Formally luxurious faucet couldn’t be repaired at first, but Big Island and Tai made things right in the end. A new faucet that works! and no additional costs. Thank you for your efforts and quick resolution. I’d highly recommend them.
