During the last big storms in San Francisco back in December of 2021 water started pouring out of one of my ceiling lights. I discovered it was because of a clogged roof drain was causing water to spillover the side of our 120 year old house and through several seems in the shiplap siding. One of my neighbors had just had Omar out to seal a window because of the same storm and I was able to get Omar's name from her. I called him and he quickly came out to locate the problem area and made plans with me to return a week later to seal the section from the roof to the ground. Omar was on time and very friendly. Omar contacted me promptly, set up an appointment to give me a very fair estimate to repair holes in my ceiling from light installation. He and his assistant showed up on time, did a fantastic patch and paint job, and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend.
