We were vacationing in Lagunitas for a week and our place didn't have laundry. We really needed to get the laundry done yet didn't want to spend our time at a laundromat. Looked around and found Touch of Class. I emailed them to see if we could do a same day drop-off and pick-up. Anar, who I emailed back and forth with was so helpful. He let me know the San Rafael area was open, how much the pricing was, and worked with me to ensure I could drop off and pick-up within the window we needed (we were passing through San Rafael at specific points in the day). Thank you Sherman and A Touch of Class, you’ve been a lifesaver. I knew I was asking a lot in dropping off my suit at 5pm the day before my wedding rehearsal when I called 4 other dry cleaners and all refused.

Finally I got on the phone with Sherman, not only did he help me get my suit in pristine shape in time for the rehearsal, he did so with grace and assurance that was frankly surprising. Helped to keep me light hearted while going into the weekend.

VERY professional. I had them press my wedding dress and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They offered advice, were friendly, and pressed my dress in a timely manner. Thank you A Touch of Class! I will forever be grateful.
