I'd post a zero if I could. Impossible to communicate with. No one returns my calls. I left numerous messages when the voicemail box wasn't full and I was told to come into her office on a specific day to pickup my tax return and no one showed up. Just want my paperwork and tax return but no one will answer the phone.

Great service and help. Connie was instrumental in helping me get my taxes done and down after a few years of non filing. She was diligent and helpful with all the IRS stuff. Highly recommended.
