I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now and I really like it. The instructors are friendly and make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly, which I appreciate. The space is bright and calming, it feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. I’ve definitely noticed I feel more relaxed and energized after classes. My only tiny complaint is that it can get a little crowded at peak times but overall it’s a great spot and I’ll keep coming back

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I got Becky and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She asked me questions before we got started so she knew what I needed and really focused in on that. She really made it a great experience explaining what she was doing and how it benefited me. It was a mix of aromatherapy, Swedish and lymphatic massage. It was so relaxing I never wanted it to end. I am definitely coming back to see her again. I want to make this my new monthly ritual.
