Adolfo and his team were so amazing! We just bought our house with its original hardwood flooring. It had the orange toned stain that my mom wanted to turn as light as possible to match our flooring in the kitchen. My dad decided to refinish it himself and unfortunately, it was a much tougher job that he had expected. We were supposed to move in on the 29th the stain had still not dried for 4 days (due to the fact my dad had used an exterior stain). We sent out a request on Nov. 18th. Due to termite tenting, we only really had the 25th-28th to get the floors done and fully dried for moving day. Great experience with Floors Network. Working with Adolfo and his team was easy, no pressure. Adolfo provided a variety of samples and explained the differences of materials. Prices are competitive when you consider the total cost of the quotes from the Big Box stores. They also have their own installation team. If there are any questions, you have a single point of contact to get answers. Very responsive too. You don't get left waiting for answers. Install team was prompt and professional - did a great job.
