I am rating this company a five. I would actually give them a 10 out of five. While we were in escrow, an inspection discovered a few foundation issues in my 100 year old basement. Schneider construction, particularly Dan, spent a lot of time with us going over all of the issues we did not understand and the repairs that they felt were necessary. The crew has worked every day on the job since they started. I feel like they worked with me to do the job within our budget. I highly recommend this company!

Jose and Larry are both very kind and professional. I've asked Jose to come out for foundation and drainage inspections on several occasions and he is very knowledgable, communicates well what is necessary work and always is super accommodating. I highly recommend hiring Schneider Construction for all of your foundation and drainage needs.
