The staff/intake were friendly and efficient. The fact tht it was low cost was topping on how grateful to hve this available for the local community. Yes not the best area but def will keep supporting I recommend for all to as well to keep it running as is.

Had the pleasure of adding 3 new family members from here. The facility is really nice and worth coming and donating! These people are doing great work and I wish I could've added more than 3. Carol is very communicative and Clint was a pleasure showing us around. I highly recommend finding your new kitty or cat here and our family is thankful! Thanks guys!

I visited this rescue and was so impressed. The kittens/cats were playful, friendly and looked extremely well cared for. The staff helped me select the perfect young kitty for my older kitty at home and for me (see pic). I could not be happier with the wonderful kitty I adopted!

Pedro Pet Pals was founded in 2009 to support homeless animals. In 2021, through generous support of the Hyla Marrow Trust, we acquired a building in San Pedro to help us fulfill our mission: Pedro Pet Pals' Hyla Marrow Center. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, run by a team of volunteers. Pedro Pet Pals actively raises funds to supports our local animal shelters with supplies, medical equipment, and other items that the city cannot afford. Pedro Pet Pals is also committed to the community by providing spay/neuter programs, and community educational outreach to pet owners. Pedro Pet Pals is not a rescue organization, but we are committed to providing comfort and support to wayward animals in the Los Angeles area.
