I give a 4 .5 star because we have not had rain here in SoCal.but I'm sure once we do I'll give a 5 star . Mike took a chance and committed to this big job before our escrow closed.. His team came and finish this big job and 3 days instead of 4 days. Peeled off old layers of roofs ,Installing fan above the garage , capped our chimney and cleaned all the debris . Once the workers peeled off the layers of roof ( including aluminum roof) , Mike reevaluated the roof job and gave us a credit. He is a honest businessman and his team worked diligently during this hot weather. We are very satisfied with this upgrade to our house .
Mike came highly recommended to us and now we understand why. We have had issues with our roof leaking for years. Mike came out to access our situation, gave us an estimate quickly and had his team on our roof within days. The work they did is impeccable and we couldn't be happier. They did patch work on the edges of our flat roof, they resealed around our chimney, and silicone coated our entire roof! They even fixed our water damaged fascia boards. Now our roof looks better than when it was brand new. Mike and his team are very professional and we couldn't be more pleased with the project. The price was very reasonable for the exceptional work that was done. Thank you Great American Roofing!
Just replaced the roof on our San Pedro rental house (deemed uninsurable without a new roof), so we were in a time crunch. Mike gave us a reasonable estimate, and was very thorough in explaining how to safeguard valuables (fancy car in the garage, some breakable artwork on the walls) during the process. Fit us in to his very busy schedule (tricky since our renters had a vacation to factor in). Great communication throughout the process, and the result looks just right! We highly recommend Mike Collins and Great American!
