After an unforeseen delay, which we all experience in business, he was able to take care of the necessary adjustments and have my car ready in less than 24 hours. The absolute best part was he explained to me what happened to the various mechanics and what they were going to do. Carlos is an incredible mechanic. He can diagnose things when other mechanics are guessing, that's the only way I can describe it because when he works on the issue, things are actually fixed! He truly understands the interworkings of an engine. Three mechanics wouldn't even consider fixing my Mercedes G550 sunroof and had an SAS alarm that would not deactivate. He found that someone had cut all the wires on my rear door and the team at Efficient Dynamic Motors rewired and connected each one and solved the problem in a day! He has worked on two of my cars and has definitely earned my business. Very highly recommended.
