Joe and his company (Buscemi Construction) were recommended to me by a friend 10+ years ago. I have since used him on several of my projects, both small and large. He is as honest as it gets and takes great pride in all his jobs. He does not over charge or under bid and then hit you up later with hidden costs, he is very upfront about costs and options.
